great day today looked over a property and have to put in a price for a total refit top to bottom floors, walls and ceilings. lots of work if the client wins it at the auction on thursday.
started on the wall at the local post office today
off to bridge house in the morning to finish the job after owner should of decorated but seems he has not been able too. so water test and silicone up and fingers crossed no leaks!
