completed a renovation on a bungalow for my parents. I live at a distance so it
required a lot of careful coordination and good communication. We corresponded
via phone and email more than face to face and I was consulted every step of
the way. Stefan gave us a clear timeframe for the job and this was completely
adhered to which was vital for us and in my experience quite unusual! His
workers were efficient and tidy and able to adapt and get around problems when
they inevitably cropped up. As the job progressed there were several additions
that I wanted to make to the job and Stefan was patient with me throughout!
This meant that we got the outcome that we wanted and my parents were thrilled.
His aftercare also impressed me as he was on hand to respond to little
